Technology & Manufacturing

Total quality control from start to finish: We utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and cutting-edge Simulation programs to optimize molten metal flow in sand molds. This precision-driven approach guarantees high-quality cast iron parts that strictly adhere to global standards.

Melting Process

We utilize high-efficiency melting technology to support large-scale production seamlessly.

Utilizing 4 melting furnaces with a total combined capacity of 20 tons/hour

Our melting system is designed for continuous operation. This reduces costs and maximizes productivity while maintaining rigorous quality control under the supervision of metallurgical experts. We also provide flexible process adjustments to align perfectly with our customers' unique needs.

Pattern Design & Engineering Solutions

Transforming customer samples to 2D & 3D Digital Models: Leveraging Reverse Engineering and integrated CAD/CAM systems for high-precision mold manufacturing and design.

Melting Process

Our facility features high-efficiency melting technology designed to handle large-scale iron casting seamlessly. We utilize 4 Induction Furnaces with a combined production capacity of 20 tons/hour. Engineered for continuous operation, our system effectively reduces costs while maximizing productivity. Every stage is strictly monitored by metallurgical experts to ensure superior quality. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to customize the melting process to meet the specific technical requirements.

Molding Process & Technology

Our production line utilizes the Aeration Squeeze system, which uses compressed air to form the molds. This advanced technique allows for the creation of intricate and complex mold shapes while maintaining superior mold strength. The resulting sand molds are highly durable and engineered to withstand the molten metal pouring process with exceptional stability.

Core Making Process

Our core making process is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality for every core we produce. To guarantee reliability, we utilize specialized industrial ovens to ensure cores are thoroughly dried. This critical step completely eliminates residual gases from the core, ensuring the highest casting integrity.

• 4VS IFM: 20 units (130/130x520x300 mm.)

• 5HS NANIWA: 10 units (500x660x150/250 mm.)

• 6VST TEN YUAN: 3 units (250/250x650x550 mm.)

• 6VSC TEN YUAN: 19 units (150/150x750x580 mm.)

• 7HS IFM: 9 units (650x800x150/150 mm.)

Finishing Process

We perform surface finishing and deburring using high-precision CNC machinery, followed by automated cleaning via robotic systems

Capacity 36,000 Tons/Year

Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality standards from receipt of raw materials to final delivery. Our inspections cover chemical and mechanical properties, material microstructure, and precise dimensions to guarantee total compliance with customer requirements.

Siam Kubota Metal Technology Co., Ltd. (SKMT) was established in 2010. We are invested in by Siam Kubota Corporation Co., Ltd., which is a joint venture between Kubota Corporation (Japan) and Siam Cement Group (SCG).

As the agricultural sector in Thailand continues to grow through increased mechanization, SKMT was founded to produce high-quality cast iron parts for tractors and agricultural engines. Our mission is to support the Kubota Group in delivering tractors to Thai farmers more efficiently, faster, and at a more reasonable price.

Siam Kubota Metal Technology (SKMT) specializes in manufacturing large-scale, high-precision casting parts, such as engine blocks (Crankcase, Cylinder heads), and transmission cases. These serve as the core components for engines and tractors.
