Our facility is equipped with Hanger Shot, Clamp Shot, and Auto Air Shot blasting systems. These automated finishing technologies allow us to remove scale and impurities efficiently, ensuring a clean and smooth surface finish across all complex geometries
Our finishing process includes high-precision CNC grinding to ensure exact specifications. To guarantee total quality, we utilize Borescope cameras to inspect internal cavities and areas inaccessible to the naked eye. Once verified, every component undergoes an anti-rust oil coating process and is systematically stored, ensuring the products remain in perfect condition while awaiting shipment.
